How the Application Process Works
1. We'll initially ask you to submit an application for the role via TeamTailor, our Applicant Tracking System. Please use your own words and thoughts when putting this application together, don't just generate something using ChatGPT - we can tell immediately when someone has done so and we want to instead understand your own thinking, motivations and rationale for wanting to work with us in this particular role.
2. We'll review your application and if you look like you might be a good fit, we'll set-up an initial call with one of our founders for an initial chat.
3. If that call goes well both parties are interested in taking the application further, we'll ask you to complete a technical test that simulates real-world working conditions as closely as possible by:
- covering the end-to-end process of sourcing, modeling, transforming and presenting data for analysis
- using tools similar-to or the same as we use on client projects
- being long enough to generate a meaningful deliverable at the end.
Completing this trial project shouldn't take more than 5-8 hours of your time, and we'll pay you as compensation for putting your own time into this. Note that what you produce will be strictly for evaluative purposes only, and not used for our own products, consulting or marketing.
4. We'll then arrange for follow-up call with one or more of our consulting delivery team, to talk through how you approached the exercise and to answer any questions you may have about working as an Analytics Consultant as part of that team.
