Our Hiring Process
- Once you've submitted your application we'll aim to review it within 5 working days
- If we think your skills and experience are a fit we'll arrange a quick call to understand a bit more about you, what you're looking for and to explain a bit more about Rittman Analytics and the role
- If the call goes well we'll look to arrange a test or exercise - there's an example of one of our analytics engineer tests here
- Once the test has been completed we'll review it and schedule in an interview with one of our consultants to talk through it with you and understand more about your process
- If the technical interview is successful we'll arrange a final stage interview - this is to cover off any areas we feel we have gaps and a further chance for you to ask any more questions about the role
- If we like you and you like us and we think you're a fit for the role we'll then send out the offer letter
