  • Generally the projects we work on include:

    • Designing data schemas
    • Implementing data models
    • Refactoring existing data models
    • Building analytics & dashboards
    • Training data teams & users

    There is more information about the work we do and the customer we work with here.

  • We generally work with our customers on a fortnightly sprint basis starting with a planning session to agree what will be delivered and then completing the work over the following the 2 weeks.

    When we start to work with a new customer we will usually run a discovery sprint to get a better idea of the state of their data, their existing data model and to understand any challenges we may face.

    Projects are then worked on by 1 or 2 members of the team depending on the scope and the skills needed for the project.
